In 2018, Andrew Son '17, a Dalhousie University student, founded the Music and Healing Society at Dalhousie University to help bring joy to those who are currently patients at hospitals or living in nursing homes through live concerts and performances. When COVID-19 hit, Andrew didn't miss a beat and transferred the concerts and performances to an online platform to be offered to their audience virtually, keeping the spirits up of some of the most vulnerable Nova Scotians.
